2011年，正荣公益开始支持民间力量探索多元的教育发展模式，发起“桥畔计划”，为初创期的民间教育公益组织成长助力；2014年基金会资助“LIFE教育创新”，呼吁社会大众共同反思、解决教育的问题；2018年基金会联合发起“桃李天教育项目”，并在此基础上于2019年升级推出“荣光计划”，联合民间力量，通过“硬件改造+软性服务+儿童参与”的形式，改善乡村教育质量。

In 2011, the Zhenro Foundation began to support private forces in exploring diverse educational development models, and launched the “Bridgeside Plan” to support the growth of early-stage private education-related public welfare organizations. In 2014, the foundation supported the “LIFE Education Innovation” initiative, calling on the general public to mutually reflect on and solve educational problems. In 2018, the Foundation jointly launched the “Peach and Plum Sky Education Project”, and upgraded it to the “Glory Plan” in 2019, joining forces with public forces to improve the quality of rural education through “hardware transformation+software services+children's participation”.

荣光计划是一个聚焦乡村教育发展的公益项目，由明日中华教育基金会等多方力量支持开展，通过开展乡村学校微改造——儿童友好厕所、明日教室、阳光童趣园及其他基础设施改造，在硬件改造的基础上提供配套软性服务和课程支持，为乡村儿童、教师和家长赋能，同时为家庭困难、品学兼优的乡村学生发放奖助学金，助力缩小城乡教育差距，以高质量综合素质教育赋能乡村振兴。

The “Glory Plan” is a public welfare project focused on the development of rural education, supported by various forces such as the China Tomorrow Education Foundation. Through the micro-renovation of rural schools, including child friendly toilets, Tomorrow's classrooms, Sunshine Children's Fun Park, and the renovation of other infrastructures, software services and curriculum support are provided on the basis of hardware renovation, empowering rural children, teachers, and parents. At the same time, scholarships and grants are distributed to rural students who are excelling academically, but from families with difficulties, helping to narrow the urban-rural education gap and empower rural revitalization with high-quality comprehensive education.
